FIELD ENGINEERING SERVICES
An integral part of any product delivered by ICE is the service, training and on-site consultations provided by our Field Engineering department. Our mission is to provide cost effective and quality field support of core ICE products.
Our highly trained Field Engineering team is routinely involved in every phase of program development to ensure quality customer service. Participation begins in design, and continues through test and integration to after-market support.
The Field Engineering team is experienced in dealing with all levels of integrated training systems and routinely handles activities such as:

- Acceptance testing

PRODUCT INTEGRATION
The ICE engineering staff is experienced in design and development of
instrumentation packages, telemetry systems, and software applications.
ICE provides the skills necessary for effective
product integration into complex systems involving training simulation, telemetry networks and cross-platform data sharing.
